It is provided for families consisting of 1-3 members who are registered in the queue for housing in the state social housing fund under state social assistance programs in accordance with the procedure established by law, who are eligible to purchase an apartment under the program, an apartment in a building under construction, an individual residential building, who have not received or cancelled the certificate for the construction of an individual house..

As well as families with a total age of 115 years or more for 2 members, and a total age of 175 years or more for 3 members.

How much money is provided

The monthly allowance is set at 40,000 drams per family member, which is planned to be provided for 120 months.

What impact will the project have on the state budget?

If the draft is adopted, no significant increase or decrease in expenditures and revenues in the RA State Budget is expected.

Legal basis
The draft resolution is based on two main provisions of the law on social support.

Article 7 of the Law gives the Government the right to approve social assistance programs in order to eliminate or mitigate the consequences of situations requiring urgent response.

Article 25 of the Law states that the provision of housing can be carried out by way of full or partial reimbursement of rent for the rental of an apartment.

In addition, the draft complies with the provisions of the law “On Regulatory Legal Acts”, which regulate the procedure for making amendments and additions to legal acts,” reports.
