Today, 1,813 esa employees once again received additional bonuses due to savings in the payroll fund.
The interim manager of the esa, Romanos Petrosyan, wrote about this on his page on the social network.:
“According to tradition, the General Directorate and the directors of the ESA branches again did not receive any awards for the past month. As a result, we again have savings of several tens of millions of drams in the company’s payroll fund.
By a separate order of the interim manager of the ESA, as an additional bonus, the saved funds were once again distributed proportionally, this time among about 1,813 employees of the ESA, whose total salary (salary + bonus) did not exceed AMD 200,000 last month (including taxes). As a result, the wages of the latter have increased by another 10-20% this month.
This group includes many of our inspectors, supervisors, technicians, installers, locksmiths, workers, drivers and other specialists.
I thank all our conscientious and honest employees.
Esa serves our people,” Petrosyan wrote.
