Mortgage support provided to large families in Armenia will increase by 20%, or 400 million drams. The relevant decision was made at today’s meeting of the Armenian government.

2.1 billion drams were allocated for this program in 2025, but by the end of October the funds were almost exhausted, and for this purpose it was decided to increase support.

This year, more than 2,500 families have received support under this program.:

“The project proceeds from the RA government’s plan for 2021-2026. According to paragraph 2 of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 4 of the program, namely, work will be constantly carried out to review and develop programs aimed at improving the demographic situation that has already begun, with special attention to measures to provide housing for families with children,” the rationale for the decision says.:
