I do not believe that Armenia will fight corruption. Look at what public procurement is carried out in Armenia, and what the RA authorities, former or current, declare from year to year.
In short, I don’t believe that the Russians will allow Armenia to do all this.
Read it for yourself and tell me if this is possible in the Russian colony in Armenia or not.”
