Milen Kaye-Karanian, an Armenian resident of Moscow, is recognized as the first ever owner of an 11-octave voice range. Millen was also named the singer with the most powerful voice in the world (170 decibels) and a frequency range from 17 to 21,000 hertz, including 11 octaves.

It is listed in the Guinness Book of Records, Interrecord, the Guinness Book of Records. He sings in almost all genres.
