Currently, after the expiration of the period of deprivation of a driver’s license, all citizens, regardless of whether they were deprived of their rights for the first time or not, are required to retake the qualification exams. But the Ministry of Internal Affairs believes that this approach does not sufficiently promote the behavioral behavior of drivers.
