
Armenian Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan raised the issue of the health status of the Armenian prisoners held in Baku.At a press conference in the press center”Avanesyan, referring to the question of whether he has information about the health status of the Armenians held in Baku, Avanesyan replied:
“Baku, the stored Armenians or the state of health, as well as all other issues related to Armenia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the coordination of work is constantly ongoing. I assure you that both international law and all possible humanitarian channels focus on these issues, our foreign ministries, coordination, and the focus of people’s attention. I wouldn’t want to do this work for a second, it doesn’t slow down, and ours is constantly in the government’s spotlight,” Avanesyan said.
Azerbaijan continues to illegally detain 19 Armenian prisoners, including representatives of the former military and political leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh. They were sentenced to imprisonment on false charges.
