If the draft decision is adopted, the process of professional qualification of drivers engaged in interstate transportation will be simplified, permits for interstate transportation established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia will be provided, and professional qualifications will be documented.

The adoption of the draft decision is conditioned on ensuring the implementation of paragraph 28 of the Transport section of the roadmap for the implementation of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement concluded between the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community and their member States.
If a package of draft decisions is adopted, there are no plans to reduce or increase expenditures and revenues of the state budget.
