A partial pension is awarded:

1) employees of certain categories of education and culture, if they are 55 years old and have at least 25 calendar years of work experience, of which at least 12 calendar years are professional experience,

2) actors of certain categories of theater and exhibition organizations, if they are over 50 years old and have at least 25 calendar years of work experience, of which at least 12 calendar years are professional experience,

3) the persons referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 who, prior to the entry into force of this law, were registered in accordance with the procedure established by law for the appointment of a partial pension (had professional experience of at least 12 calendar years) and reached the age entitling them to a partial pension, established by this article:
