Artsakh, it was Russia that sacrificed, surrendered, “gave up” in order to…. Notable facts

I’m watching Venediktov’s interview with the Armenian media (link in the comment). The man openly repeats several times that it was Russia that sacrificed, surrendered, “gave up” Artsakh in order to ensure the loyalty of Turks and Azerbaijanis against the background of the Russian–Ukrainian war. But our Armenian journalist is stubbornly trying to prove the opposite.․․․

Benediktov is not a random person, he has worked in the Kremlin for years, owns insider sources and knows very well what he is saying.

Yes, defeat in the war is a fact. It is also a fact that during the war there were serious mistakes, betrayal, and disorganization. But most importantly, by and large, the processes had already been determined before the start of the war. This is openly stated by people who are informed about real events.

And our “oppositional” Russian-speaking circles continue to stubbornly promote their propaganda theses despite the open and obvious facts.

The man says: “We are not pro-Armenian or pro-Turkish, we are pro-Russian, and we will do what comes from our interests.”

How else are they supposed to say to finally realize they’re in the wrong place?
