Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By July 1, 2026, ensure the development and implementation of the information system necessary for the implementation of this event through the Nork Center for Technology and Information of Social Services Foundation, as well as provide beneficiaries with access to information on the provision of social assistance through the service&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What the project provides<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project provides for the provision of social assistance to families who have chosen the option of solving the housing issue by paying long-term partial compensation for housing rent to provide housing for families displaced from Karabakh, in accordance with the terms of the state housing support program, but instead of the program they chose the option of solving the housing issue by long-term compensation of rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who is it intended for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to information on the provision of social assistance is provided through the website of the State social service within the framework of state social assistance programs in accordance with the procedure established by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What the project provides<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project provides for the provision of social assistance to families who have chosen the option of solving the housing issue by paying long-term partial compensation for housing rent to provide housing for families displaced from Karabakh, in accordance with the terms of the state housing support program, but instead of the program they chose the option of solving the housing issue by long-term compensation of rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who is it intended for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation, state social programs within the framework of the state social housing Fund Kazatomprom are included in the list of registered, under the Housing Program, buildings under construction, housing acquisition, &#8211; the right, individual residential building, the acquisition of an individual house construction certificate is unauthorized or it is a river 1-3, consisting of family members of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And also, for those families in which the members are the sum of ages 115 and more, in 2 members, in the case of, and 3 members are the sum of ages 175 and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How much money is provided<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The monthly allowance is set at 40,000 drams per family member, which is planned to be provided for 120 months.What impact will the project have on the state budget?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the draft is adopted, no significant increase or decrease in expenditures and revenues in the RA State Budget is expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The draft decision is based on two main provisions of the law on social support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 7 of the Law gives the Government the right to approve social assistance programs in order to eliminate or mitigate the consequences of situations requiring urgent response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 25 of the Law states that the provision of housing can be carried out by way of full or partial reimbursement of rent for the rental of an apartment.In addition, the draft complies with the provisions of the law &#8220;On Regulatory Legal Acts&#8221;, which regulate the procedure for making amendments and
