The process of accepting applications under the State housing assistance program for families with children continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is reported by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, noting that 2,580 beneficiaries have already received support during 2025, and about 2.1 billion drams have been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the launch of the program, 14,700 families have received support, and about 10.7 billion drams have been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ministry recalls that within the framework of the program, the state provides one-time monetary support.\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in the case of the purchase of housing or the construction of an apartment building in provincial settlements,
in the case of the birth of a child in a family paying a mortgage loan.
You can use the first component of the program if\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you have Armenian citizenship,
you have at least 2 minor children,
the mortgage loan was issued after January 1, 2024,
the cost of the house does not exceed 35 million drams,
the family has no other residential property.
Support size\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in the case of two children -up to 1 million drams,
in the case of three children -up to 1.5 million drams,
in the case of four or more children -up to 2 million drams.
To use this component, you need to contact any of the banks cooperating with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of the birth of a child in a family that pays a mortgage loan under the second component, the family is provided with one-time monetary support, which is used to repay the principal amount of the mortgage loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use the ingredient if\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you have the citizenship of the Republic of Armenia,
you have a mortgage loan valid for at least 12 months, the delay for which does not exceed 30 days,
the cost of the house does not exceed 35 million drams,
the family has no other residential property.
To participate in the program, you must submit an application before the child reaches the age of 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support size\u055d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in connection with the birth of the first or second child in the family, it amounts to 500 thousand drams,
in the case of the third and next child-up to 2 million drams.
