Gagik Tsarukyan demands a refutation of Pashinyan’s statements about a “criminal”, “spy”, “agent”, “conclusion of a criminal deal”, “robbery of the people of Armenia”, “inclusion of Andranik Tevanyan in the PAP list on the instructions of a foreign intelligence service”, voiced during a briefing on May 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PAP leader demands AMD 3,000,000 as compensation for the damage caused as a result of the insult and AMD 6,000,000 as compensation for the damage caused by the slander:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tsarukyan also demanded the publication and dissemination in a number of media outlets of the published video and text of the refutation regarding the refutation. The case will be reviewed by Yerevan Civil Court judge Naira Avetisyan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
